Over today and tomorrow you will be designing your own creature for two different types of habitats – A desert Environment and a newly discovered environment. From the information and animal adaptations provided – create a creature to survive.
Today, I would like you to create one that will survive in the desert. You can choose to either cut, copy and paste each body part onto a PowerPoint or draw the environment and creature into your exercise book. Make sure you have read the details of the desert environment to ensure your creature will not only survive but thrive.
Once you have created your creature (ensuring you have a labelled diagram) please write two paragraphs explaining why you have chosen certain aspects of your creature and how this will help them survive in the desert.
