Tuesday 2nd June - Maths

Tuesday 2nd June-Maths Activity

We are going to continue to look at the 7 modern wonders of the world.  Today I would like you to choose a wonder that interests you (personally mine would be Machu Picchu – as it has always been on my ’to visit’ list). I have provided some basic information about each Modern Wonder (which I am sure you have realised by now are all man-made).

Use today to research your chosen Wonder - Ask yourself 4 questions (What do you want to find out about the site – include the geographical location).  Use a spider-map or bullet points to take you notes under each of your questions/headings.  You will be using these notes later in the week to write a non-chronological report for literacy. Remember you can start by looking at Wikipedia but that site does not count as a credible source.
