This week we are going to start listening to a new audio story - Zero G by Dan Wells

Click on the link below to start listening.  Try to listen to 2 chapters each day.

Then you can discuss them and retell the story so far to someone else in your family.

It’s one kid versus an entire band of space pirates! Zero is just one of 20,000 people aboard a spaceship bound for a new planet.

Different things happen and Zero has to think fast and find a way to stop solve problems!

Today's topic lesson is an Art activity.  We will be focusing on how colours can be categorised into warm and cool.

Warm colours help us think of warm and cosy things, while cool colours may remind us of fresh, calm and chilly things.

We will create a piece of work inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe, who used warm and cool colours in her artwork.

You will need a piece of paper, a pencil and some paints or colouring pencils.

Follow the link to the Oak Academy website and press Start to begin the lesson.
